For many years Myslivna was hidden in the forests above the Pisárky valley. On the site of the existing hotel complex, a premium housing project is now being built to provide residents with comfort and convenience. The whole project makes the most of the potential of the beautiful environment offered by the site and its surroundings.
The area of the Myslivna Hotel is one of the most important places in Brno thanks to its location and its history. The walks of the Brno people here have been made pleasant by the excursion restaurant since the end of the 1930s. Later, a hotel designed by architect Jan Dvořák was built here. With respect to this tradition, the Nová Myslivna premium residential housing is now being built, which will offer a unique piece of modern architecture in dialogue with nature.
"When creating Nová Myslivna, we were inspired by the treetops and the life that exists in them. We managed to design a building that blends harmoniously with the surrounding nature.", says its architect Jan Kyzlink about the project.
Nová Myslivna will offer its residents a 24-hour reception with service, a spa with direct access to an outdoor relaxation zone, a fitness room, a playroom for children and underground parking. A sightseeing restaurant will also be open to the general public.
Residents of the 1KK, 2KK or 3KK apartments can sit in the courtyard garden, go for a walk or go for a run in the adjacent forest park above the Pisárky Valley, where the building is located. Each apartment also has a terrace with a view of the surrounding countryside.
