WOKO is a multifunctional building with 5 floors designed as open-space with preparation for division into smaller individual spaces with possibilities for use for showroom, offices, storage, service center, laboratories, development center, service apartments. From the 2nd floor onwards, the individual floors of the buildings are shortened to create green roof terraces for living and relaxation. The building is located in the southern part of Brno, in an area where there are not only excellent connections to the city centre, but also a direct exit to the main motorway routes to Prague, Vienna and Ostrava. Overall, the building is a new distinctive landmark at the entrance to the city of Brno.
